EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES

Career Technical Education (CTE):
CTE courses and pathways provide students the opportunities to develop hands-on experience to learn technical skills, knowledge, and training necessary to succeed in future careers and to become lifelong learners. Students have the opportunity to train in industry-specific pathways and even graduate high school with industry-standard certifications. Dual-Language Immersion (DLI): Provides students the opportunity to learn a second language starting in kindergarten. Students can learn Spanish or Mandarin and become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural. Learn more by clicking the quick link below. 

Visual & Performing Arts (VAPA): CNUSD is proud to offer various Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) programs such as band and choir across the District. Learn more by clicking the quick link below. 

STEM Academies: CNUSD has two STEM Academies, at Corona High and Roosevelt High to help students understand how the academic disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics impact their world and prepare them for the workforce of tomorrow. International Baccalaureate (IB): CNUSD offers IB  Program at Corona Fundamental Intermediate School, Letha Raney Intermediate School, and Centennial High School, preparing students for success in higher education and life in a global society. Learn more by clicking the quick link below.

Gifted & Talented Education (GATE): 
Barton Elementary, Garretson Elementary and Norco Elementary offer a GATE Magnet Program. Third through sixth grade classes are self-contained with GATE students. All other elementary Schools offer GATE identified students clustered classes or clustered interventions. Learn more by clicking the quick link below.

College Credit Opportunities: 
CNUSD in partnership with the Riverside Community College District and Norco Colleges, offers several opportunities for students to complete college coursework while they are still in high school, including our very own JFK Middle-College High School where students have the opportunity to graduate high school and complete an Associates Degree at the same time.  Learn more by clicking the quick link below.

After School Programs:
